POLICIES

SHIPPING

Worldwide shipping is available within 3 to 20 business days. These deadlines are estimated according to the country. We cannot be responsible for delays in transit. All paintings are carefully packages and delivered via a parcel delivery service such as UPS, Purolator, Canpar or DHL. For larger paintings (more than 30"x40"), shipping delay will be around 20 days because a custom wood crate will need to be built for your painting.

For your convenience, many of the items have pre-quoted shipping prices for delivery. The shipping quote added to your checkout is subject to additional charges according to the size of the painting and your exact location. Within the next 24 to 48 hours of your purchase, we will contact you to requote shipping cost, if applicable. If you accept the quote, your order will be confirmed, and the piece will be shipped to you. If you reject the quote, your order will be canceled, and you will not be charged.

Taxes and custom duties
Please note that the taxes and the custom duties are never included in our price. Depending on your location in the world, extra fees may apply when the painting will pass the border.

If you have any questions concerning shipping, or your order in general, please contact us by email at info@fannyrice.com. We will be happy to answer within 24 to 48 hours.

REFUNDS

Acquiring a work online should give you the same favorite experience as if you bought it in person, in a gallery or in a studio. In the event that the purchased work does not meet your expectations or does not appeal to you, we will be happy to take it back and offer you the choice from the current inventory.

In the case of a return, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase via info@fannyrice.com by writing RETURN in the subject of your email.

Return shipping costs to our workshop will be at your expense. Do not throw away your box and the original packaging, they will be used to send us the work. For customers from Quebec, it is also possible to come and deliver the work to us in person, at the workshop, located in Bromont. Before issuing any credit, we will need to ensure that the work is returned to us in perfect condition. If the work is damaged, no credit will be given.

INFORMATIONS ABOUT PAINTINGS

Signature and certificate of authenticity

Each piece of artwork is signed on the front, in the lower right corner. The artists signature and details of the work are also inscribed behind it. A certificate of authenticity is also attached with each piece.

Orientation of artwork

All the pieces are signed and are presented to you in the sense that the artist imagined and created them. If a painting calls out to you, but does not seem to be signed in the orientation of your choice, we will be happy to adapt its orientation according to your needs (example: a 30‘’H x 40"L instead of an 40"H x 30" L). Please contact us for that specific request.

Surface and textures

The works are all unique and the artist does not seek to create works with perfect surfaces. There are indeed textures and variances in the tints in the white or black background, textures on the surface of the work as well as on the borders. This is normal and part of buying an original piece of art.
